"Shuttle fantastic; Lobby very nice. Room clean but musty smell. Unable to open window and took a long time to get someone to fix it. However when Maintenance came, he was super nice-fixed my window and TV. Mattresses not very comfortable.
I would go back despite these concerns though because the staff were so friendly and willing to accomodate my early arrival."

"Great location close to shopping and dining. Our room was very clean, quiet, and well‑equipped for a family.
Breakfast was excellent, with rotating hot items and plenty of waffle/oatmeal toppings. Valerie was especially kind and hardworking, keeping everything clean and stocked till the last minutes of breakfast time; 10 AM.
The pool was clean and warm (no hot tub). Most staff were friendly, though a few housekeepers felt a bit cold. Housekeeping is offered every other day for 3‑night stays or longer.
Free self‑parking felt safe with lots of space even late at night. Overall, a very comfortable stay and we’d happily return."

"Only complaint was the room was wayyyyy to warm and the AC was to loud to keep on, so sleep was not great. I woke up constantly to turn on the AC until it cooled off enough to breath. and the breakfast room was set to 78 degrees as well. save some money turn down the building heat"
