“Good property”

“The look of the hotel was beautiful. but at the outside seating area there were cigarette butts all over the ground even with receptacles available. I suggest making hotel property smoke free. Also when I checked in the front desk ran my card twice for incidentals (total $300) when i noticed it on my bank account i came down to the front desk. They said it was there mistake but could no refund me the $. I was given free breakfast for 2 days”

“Everything was amazing so peaceful clean the breakfast and the hotel is not to far from foxwood resort I had an amazing time 10/10 i definitely recommend”

“It is situated next to the Wood River which was unexpected and lovely( wish we brought our fishing rods) . It is located across from a restaurant tavern which was V convenient!”

“Well what can we say.......we stay here every 6 mos ....the rooms adequate good air clean enough....close to casino and beaches....outside of that the weekend LIMO is the best....we think then driver is great and the location ...perfect for a quick shower clean up!”

“The room was very clean. The staff, especially Mateo at the front desk, was very help ful. He helped me with the WiFi and even came up to our room and closed the curtains for us. We had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again. I would recommend the courtyard Marriott in Norwich without hesitation.”

“I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close……

“Bed sheets were pilled. Definitely heed the other reviews and get a top floor room. Def could hear someone above. Heard a big thump in the middle of the night.”
