For last minute stay the property was okay, description had us believe we could walk to restaurant, from office/main motel you could but this property is more then a mile from office. Inside could use some TLC, blinds didn’t work in one bedroom or living room, being an older property electric receptacles were sparse and ones there already were in use by lamps, internet/tv box so charging of mobile devices was hard. Description and pictures can be deceiving! Property is okay for guys on fishing trip but beware if you are traveling with city girls!

Best Trip Yet!

Ignore all the mean reviews you’ve seen on this place!! Communication is not and was not an issue, the owner of the property helped us more than I could ever thank him for. The women working in the check in office were nothing but kind and generous from the time we arrived to the time we left. I can’t thank them enough for a wonderful trip to the beach!

The check-in process was the worst ever....terrible. I sent 4 emails to the property owner to ask about how to enter the property and specific questions about sheets, towels, etc.... and never received a response. As a result I doubt that we will use Home Away again. The house itself was comfortable.
