"Lovely hotel and excellent breakfast. Really appreciated our room upgrade, which made our trip extra special. Every member of staff was really helpful. Especially Charlie who booked a restaurant reservation for my partner who wanted a particular French dish, and then asked how it was on our return. Would highly recommend and hope to return again soon."

"Good stay for a night or two. Great central location. Room size typically small for a city centre hotel, but adequate. Nice en-suite bathroom with bath, a bonus. Staff as friendly as ever, we returning guests. Breakfast ok, limited hot food options. Juices wonderful. Overall a good hotel and will stay again."

"When we arrived at the hotel my husband was not well with stomach problems.The receptionist was so helpful and kind and ordered a pizza for us to be delivered to the hôtel só we would not have to go out to eat.The restaurant in the hotel,is closed over the weekend. He was so kind in every way and we had a pleasant stay there…many thanks to his attitude towards us "

La maison est superbe & l'environnement très agréable, idéal pour visiter la région, faire la route des grands vins.Les chambres sont très confortables avec une très bonne literie, elles ont beaucoup de charmes et très spacieuse. La maison est équipée de superbe salle de bain tous confort.Nous avons pu également profiter du spa ainsi que du jacuzzi chauffée par le feu de bois qui fonctionnent parfaitement, malgré l'hiver arrivant.Je recommande cette maison."

"The hotel was very comfortable with a nice room. We had a separate lounge area, making it very comfortable and easy to relax. Only disappointment was insufficient hot water in the evening to take baths, though plenty in the morning. Dinner in restaurant was very nice and the breakfast buffet good. We shall definitely return there."

"Huge house, with a nice pool and an attentive host to sort problems. We had a lovely family holiday but a few issues need pointing out. The kitchen is very small for such a large house. It does need a sort out and a deep clean. The area around the pool is breaking up in places and is and a hazard with young kids running around. The positives far outweigh the negatives and I'm highlighting these points as areas to improve rather than complaints. "
