“The cabin had a great view of the lake with a deck overlooking it. The lake is beautiful, and the fishing was satisfactory. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, including nice dishes. I enjoyed having a dishwasher too. Bob and his family were friendly and helpful. There are kayaks available for free use, a ping pong table, a fuseball table, paddleboards, darts, and movies. If you don't mind an older cabin that needs some repairs, then it's a great place to stay.”

“This house is beautiful and clean. The multi-level home well accommodated our family of 11. The location was perfect for access to Lake Vermillion. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The beach area was great and the kids enjoyed the lily pad and swing set. We used the kayaks, canoe, hot tub and sauna. Moccasin Point was a close boat ramp to launch our boat and the dock at the property made our fishing days easy. By the way, we did have fishing success! The property manager……

“My family of 4 had a great time here. The lake views and sunsets were amazing, the fishing was great (two largemouth bass over 3 lbs!), we saw bald eagles, loons, mink, Canadian geese, ducks and deer, and the location was perfect: close to town but very private. We never even saw a neighbor. The cabin itself was comfortable and there were so many little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable and showed how much the owners care. “This place is amazing. The location is prime to go into Voyageurs in no time at all, but you barely need to with the location of the property. Secluded in a private bay that protects from any wind or noise, just a couple of fishing boats floating by on occasion. The interior is really decked out from the perfect north woods decor to the quick internet and multiple large areas for people to hang out. The one thing that would make it even more perfect would be a sauna!”
