"Booked 4 nights stay and since it was non refundable paid for it when booked. Upon my arrival they asked me to make a payment, I showed them my receipt of the payment and emailed it to them. When I checked in the room the comforter looked dirty and hair dryer wasn’t working. They promised me to replace with clean one and fix the dryer. Top Büyükada Hotel Reviews

Dedeman Bostancı

10/10 Excellent

"The room was super clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast amazing"

CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

10/10 Excellent

"The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the roof top bar is special. The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend."

Çırağan Hotel Bosphorus

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent hotel with quite friendly and helpful staff. Our room was good with confortable bed and spacious bathroom. Well kept. Breakfast was quite an experience with many traditional western breakfast staples and great local delicacies. The park across the street is amazing and walking to the Ciragan palace is easy. By the way make sure that whomever is driving you are clear that they are going to the Ciragan Bosphorus and not to the Ciragan palace. Nice coffees and restaurants in walkable distance. Area has a lot of young people since a couple of universities are in the neighborhood."
