"One entrance for many room dealers, red house vip is one of them. Poor communication except a very helpful boy. The room had cables pilling out of the walls, holes on the roof where drops of water come out. Air conditioning was not working and the bed and pillow was full of BED BUGS. I left running. Rhis was my very first time l had such a poor and scary situation in an hotel "

"The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good. Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training."
