“My daughter had a baby shower in Memphis. This flat was the cleanest vacay home i have seen. i loved that it was gated, They had everything that you would need inside the flat. There are many restaurants near that were great as well. We are already planning our next visit since my daughter is here and we will stay here when we return”

“This is an older place in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a nice park all within walking distance. The only issue we had was that the mirror in the bathroom is mounted too high for a short person to use. Otherwise, everything we needed was there. One thing that was not a problem for us but perhaps might be for some other guest is the lack of blinds in the second bedroom. We like to close the blinds at night to keep things dark and that is not possible when……

“Nice and clean”

“Small but well appointed. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great communication with property management. Turned out to be a great and central location even though we were not familiar with Memphis. My husband was able to jog to Overton Park each morning. The gated property adds that extra security when you are unfamiliar with surroundings. Thanks again, Tim!”

“My aunt and I visited Memphis. Our apartment was close to everything. The gate enclosure made me feel safe. I have rented from vrbo many times, but never have I had a host so easy to work with. Tim and his team responded to my questions almost immediately. The space was perfect for two people. We visited during unusually frigid temperatures and was grateful for running water and heat. I would stay here again.”
