The Only staff member I met was much more interested in Blaming Expedia for any issues than looking into them. Hotel had no tv signal for half of my stay. No maid service.

The front desk clerk that assisted me was very unprofessional. Her tone and attitude was nasty. She didn't give clear details on the charges that were going to accrue during my stay there. She seemed to be annoyed when I asked her for clarification. The room she gave me was not what I booked and it smelled of urine that wasn't cleaned after the previous person stayed there.
