“I had a confirmed, fully prepaid reservation through Expedia, but when my family and I arrived at 1:00 a.m., the hotel told us they were overbooked and could not provide us with a room. We were traveling with our two children and had to spend nearly two hours searching for another hotel, drive 30 minutes away, and pay a much higher price. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no……

“Room is clean and spacious. However, there is a smell as soon as one entered the room. The smell was not stinking smell but that of human body as if the smell of the previous guest/guests still lingered in the room. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We turned up the AC and then later our sense of smell accustomed to it, so I am not sure if the smell had gone or not. On checking in around 7 pm on Wednesday 24 June, the front desk lady on duty was not friendly at all, no smile whatsoever.……
