“The garden was beautiful. We really appreciated the tea and coffee machine which was available all day. The owner was very friendly and accommodating”

“Beautiful and well maintained property! Agnes was in contact prior to arrival with all pertinent information we needed about our room etc… she was there to welcome us and even helped us with our luggage.”

“The best thing about this hotel is the view. The rooms are ok (carpet a bit old, bathrooms could use remodelling) and on the small side. Pool was nice but very small and narrow and not particularly warm, so we didn’t stay in very long. The pool has a great view over the water and the views from the hotel rooms are stunning. The breakfast was quite basic with not many options and cost €35 plus fees. Overall the hotel and breakfast were not good value. The staff member who offered to give us a……

“Nice hotel convenient for an overnight stay after and prior to our ferry crossing Breakfast was very good. It was nice that you were able to help yourself to hot drinks downstairs Not a great location for a longer stay very close to the main road with not much else in the vicinity”

“Property was much more run down than in the photographs. My shower was broken, so I had to use it as a hand held sprayer, which was tricky as the shower stall is very tiny and narrow. The hair dryer didn’t work, etc. Breakfast is just pastries and bread with yoghurt or boiled eggs. There was a small basket with the same 5 tired looking oranges every morning. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very good. The price a bit high for the quality of the hotel.”

“Very comfortable bed, large bathroom, everything clean, very quiet.”

“Convenient place”

“Exceptional staff at reception. The breakfast was ok. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room. They don't allow eating in the room which is difficult when the hotel is not close to restaurants but is close to grocery stores.”
