"very poor cleaning in the room, the bed and behind were filthy. Cleaning ladies did nothing except remake the bed and add new towels but the room was never cleaned. The whole place is for pensioners, and set out accordingly. No one there under 60 years of age. Rooms much darker and smaller and nothing ..."
