“Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel.”

“We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.”

“Alles top”

“C’etait super les employee sont super agréable”

“Grei beliggenhet i forhold til Siam Park, Aqualand og ganske kort tur til havna. Det er en del støy fra gata på rom som vender mot veien. Rommene har oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Det er et ganske fint bassebgområde midt i hotellkomplekset.”

“I can’t say enough about this place. It is fantastic!! Everyone was super nice and helpful. The apartment was absolutely perfect!! Having a washing machine was wonderful. The view of the golf course and terrain kept us on the terrace. We ducked every time someone teed off, lol. The restaurants served delicious food, especially the Med Cafe! Kudos to the chef! And the pool area was spacious and fun. If I could buy our apartment/room, I’d be back regularly. Love, love, love this place!!!!”

“good location. good staff and breakfast. comfortbale apartment with a nice balcony, where you can see the pool and the mountain. Bus station is close. So you can go to airport , gigantes...conveniently. It would be perfect if there were free wifi. 位置好，交通便捷。员工热情周到。去机场和其他地方坐巴士很方便。有阳台可以看到游泳池和山景。早餐也不错。略有不足的是没有免费wifi。”

“Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front……

“没有免费WiFi，付费WiFi信号极差，几乎没有”

“Great complex, so lovely and friendly also very clean. 3 super restaurants onsite, our favourite was the Pirate bar, Will definitely be back.”
