「We had a very good stay overall and would happily return. I am giving four stars because of a few issues noted below, but the positives were strong.
First, Alex, our property contact, was excellent. He was responsive, helpful, and quickly arranged for a hot water issue to be fixed within a day. Great service and much appreciated, especially while traveling.

「We loved staying here again. This condo is in a really great, central location in Bucerias. It is oceanfront and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the market area. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Lots of room for the 2 of us. Pool areas were very nice. The building itself was very clean and well maintained with friendly staff. 」

「Our host Fabi was very responsive. Any question we had was answered almost immediately. We got a little lost on our way tthere and she ended up having to wait for us for checkin.
