“This hotel did not honor my reservation even after speaking directly to their staff the day before. Hence I ended up at the airport in a foreign country with no accommodations. Untrustworthy property especially as they denied everything the prior stay (Abraham) said the night before. What a disgrace that a customer gets placed in such a situation.”

“This is the life of Mexico. Close to everything, a house and a magnificent pool, fruit trees, manicured lawn and walking distance to the best restaurants, or taco stands. Relax under the shade of go to the beach. Then return to a garden of tranquility for a siesta .”

“Made us change hotels due to maintenance issues. However was upgraded to a wonderful room at another Hotel they owned with a killer view.”

“This is strictly a rental property with no fancy touches. The TVs didn’t work when we got there, they did fix them a week later but were hung from the ceiling so it was hard to watch and very grainy. The “couch” when we got there was a futon bed frame with a lumpy mess of foam, very disgusting. They did bring a new one in a week later though. The BBQ was filthy but when I mentioned it she had someone come over and clean it. It should be thrown out along with a lot of other junk in the back area.……
