We visited during summer so climate was hot & humid but biggest drawback of this property is there is no air conditioned restaurant in the property (except one which is not great) , it makes your holidays tiring especially in summer. Hotel management must think about making main restaurant (sea gull) airconditioned to provide right ambience to guests. More efforts are required to bring it to Novotel...

「For what its worth - I do NOT recommend this property to anyone . 1) their USP is a pool and a pool view. Great in pics - not so much in person. 2) Their food is can definitely be better. Inedible sambar . Felt like being in the US - same breakfast essentially everyday except for 2/3 items. Idli sambar, boiled eggs , chicken sausage or something similar , bread and assortments , a chai that takes forever to refill . underwhelming . 3) location : I think for the same price point you can find...
