“Toller Empfang bei Ankunft, großes Zimmer mit Balkon und tollem Blick auf die Bucht, gut ausgestattet und top Zimmerservice, wunderbares Frühstück mit „allem Drum und Dran“ und toller Aussichtsterasse, sehr gutes Restaurant… Hotel-Standort für Ausflüge auf Madeira ideal (wir waren zum 2.ten Mal hier und immer mit Mietwagen; aber auch gute Bus-Anbindung vorhanden). “When i arrived, cleaning wasn't done. Staff explained that the cleaning service didn't advise them and had issue with number of check in this day. I came back 1h30 after and it was done. Staff was quick and helpfull , communication was done by phone as there is not reception ( appart) I stayed 1 day and i found Bed Bugs in the beds !!! I was on the apt 1st floor. Be very carefull !!!
