  • Newly remodeled cozy and romantic beach front studio apartment with an amazing view. Sleeps comfortably 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children with a Queen size Bed and Queen size futon (sleep sofa). Kitchen FULLY equipped with all necessary amenities (Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, dish set, pots & pans, etc...) and beach supplies as beach towels, umbrella, cooler, chairs, etc. Several other personal needs available as: Hair dryer, iron, etc. Coin operated washer and dryer in the lobby level of the building.

    Local Area: Located in one of Puerto Rico's best beaches, West Coast of the island, in Joyuda Beach, Cabo Rojo. Close to the best local seafood restaurants & bars in the area. Breath taking sunsets and few steps away from amazing beach.

Very nice place, beautiful views, and the swimming was wonderful. Also, nice waterfront restaurants nearby (Costa Brava, Bamboleo) and a well-stocked grocery store (beer/wine/liquor) also close by.

Overall room was nice and clean. The location is central for access to north and south west coast. The location was safe and secure with an outdoor gate to enter the parking lot. The room is small and would only recommend for 2 adults.

We had a wonderful time. The view is amazing! The studio apartment was so comfortable and peaceful. Grisel has the apartment completely stocked with everything that a person could need for a beach stay.

The apartment was excellent!!!It was exactly what we had hoped for..Very clean and true to the pictures on line.Unlike some of the other properties we have stayed at. And the lobby and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The apartment was well furnished and all of the amenities of home.Definitely a great place to stay.

The host is so nice and friendly...the place is very nice....the view is incredible....Mayaguez and Cabo Rojo are so beautiful....the nearby restaurants are great....we want to go back next year....I suggest Meson Sandwiches..Conecta Brunch..Dylan's Steakhouse..Fuerte Capron was awesome...the beaches in Aguadilla were wonderful...so memorable so thankful to the host

Great beach and location. I felt super safe and the area is kept very clean. You have a parking spot in a gated lot. The Studio is super cute and the bed is comfortable. I do wish there were fewer decorations. Fewer places to put your personal items.During the week you have the beach pretty much to yourself but the weekends it can get very crowded and loud! Screens would be great to open all the windows. Overall I’d definitely book another stay.

Overall this is a beautiful place to stay. Easy access to the beach. Very clean, but little room for storage, although there are drawers in the walk-in closet. Grisel has supplied everything you will need during your stay. I do recommend only 2 adults. Any more, and it would be crowded. Lots and lots of decorations, which could be reduced a bit. When we first arrived the power had been out for about an hour due to a storm. It ended up being out for 4 hours. We had to haul all of our luggage up to the 6th floor, and it was hot. Windows do open, but there are no screens. Water pressure in bathroom was not the greatest, and the first a couple of days, we did not have hot water, but Grisel said that pressure needs to be high for the hot water to kick in. The water pressure was better toward the end of the trip. Also, on weekends, the beach can get crowded. There is a public access nearby. At night, you can hear music and people talking, but it was not too annoying. I can understand that there may be times when the party could get loud. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this accommodation. Grisel is very responsive.

Relaxing

An amazingly clean, beautiful beach decor and well appointed apartment. Grisel was very available when communicating information and check-in/out instructions.The view from the studio apartment was just beautiful. The beach was nice and mostly visited by families. The beach patrons were quiet. My wife and I spent two very relaxing days and would highly recommend this studio apartment.

A relaxing vacation

This place was exactly what we wanted for our stay in PR. Room was clean and inviting. Great view of the beach and close to very good restaurants. There were even extra beache toys for use. We stayed for 9 nights. I lived that the bottom had an open patio to sit ourside and enjoy the fresh breeze after a day in the sun. We will be back next year.

Cute and cozy

My husband and I enjoyed our week at the Romantic Studio. It was perfect for our beach getaway. The studio was clean and the building was nicely maintained. Grisel, the hostess, provided detailed check-in instructions and communicated with us regularly throughout our trip.

We had an excellent stay at Grisel’s studio in February. The condo had an exceptional view of the ocean and coast. It was well stocked and comfortable. There was easy, convenient access to a small beach right downstairs that was lively but never too crowded during our stay. We were grateful to have beach chairs and other gear to use as part of the rental so we did not have to pack them. The studio is near lots of restaurants and bars, although the area is not very walkable as it is along a busy roadway without sidewalks. For that reason I would make sure you have access to a car. Grisel was very responsive and had detailed, easy to follow instructions for us upon arrival. Would recommend this studio for a couple looking for a pleasant beach vacation.

The view! Gorgeous top floor!

This is possibly the most adorable VRBO we have ever stayed in! The sunset, the beach just wow! Perfect place for a couple...so romantic and they thought of everything! There was a lot of love and care put into this place. So many details. We loved and enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you!

Grisel is very communicative and detailed prior to our arrival to the property. Process was easy. The view is exactly as posted in pictures. Very clean up to date property with all necessities to accommodate your stay. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay and definitely would recommend anyone this gem.😍

Everything you need and more

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon/Christmas vacation. The apartment was very clean and in pristine condition. It had everything we needed to cook Christmas eve dinner with a grocery store very close by. The beach downstairs was one of the best in the area and the sunsets are a must do. The host had chairs, table, and umbrellas for us to use. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

Paradise

The studio was perfect. Very clean, very cute. Had all my favorites colors and theme. I had a rough time locating it at first. Because Puerto Rico has roads that were a little confusing. But everything was just as promised. The beach was literally outside the building, clean water and nice atmosphere. Everything that you’d need was inside in case you forgot anything. I just stayed 2 nights, just time for me to regroup and ground myself again. I will definitely try to come back and recommend this sweet studio.
