2-ROOM APARTMENT IN A SEAFRONT RESIDENCE
In a sea-facing residence along the Marcel Proust promenade, this 2-room apartment with a capacity of 4 people, with a surface area of approximately 34m² on the 2nd floor with elevator includes: a living room (with a 140x190 sofa bed) opening onto a south-facing balcony, an independent kitchen (a fridge/freezer, an oven, 2 ceramic hobs, a classic coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker, a dishwasher and a washing machine), a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a bathroom (with shower and sink) and separate toilets.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).

Agréable vacance avec de belles balades le long de la promenade Marcel Proust Appartement sympa près de la plage mais assez loin du centre-ville (2 km ) La cafetière est avec des capsules et celle pour le café moulu ne fonctionne pas , la télé n’est pas pratique à regarder dans le canapé. Très bonne literie c’est agréable bon séjour
