"Overall, my stay was good in many ways. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the Wi‑Fi worked very well throughout my visit. The location was excellent — having supermarkets by the station across the road was handy, and being right opposite the train and bus station made travelling to tourist attractions and the airport very easy. The reception team was a mixed experience; some staff were warm and welcoming, while others were not as friendly. The biggest inconvenience was that my key card failed every day, meaning I had to go back down from the 4th floor repeatedly to get it reactivated. Despite this issue, the stay had several positives."

"Every thing so good accept the surroundings building look horrible,but what the hotel can do ? Nothing! lot of homeless outside,at first very scary but after couple days,you get used to it,then turn out it ok ,very good location close to main train and metro station . "Very friendly staff and overall nice accommodation. Did not have time to check out the gym or the pool. If you travel for business, be sure to request for an iron from reception. there isn't one in the room. Breakfast is overall good. Only two coffee machines so at peak hours be prepared to wait"
