“We missed our flight and i tried to cancel my booking shortly after making the reservation.The booking was to pay at the hotel, but i could not cancel through expedia or by phone. The hotel charged my card even though we never arrived and i never authorized a charge.”

“The staff are really attentuve people..they helped me out in ao many ways besides just checking me in..the grounds and a bit of paradise even though yoy are in the city...i askex for a room with a/c but also asked for the room less affected by the noise, and they delivered...well done.!!”
