“Breakfast was fantastic and the gal who serves breakfast was always so sweet. Cleaners were fantastic and we were surprised with a clean room after a long day in the mountains, which was so nice and needed. Only complaint is the staff not sitting at the front desk, especially a gal named Mckayla i think. She was never at the front desk and also was not super friendly or helpful in telling us we needed to hold onto our wrist bands for the pool and to trade them in as needed, not throw them away.……

“It was very convenient to have a 3/4 size refrigerator because I was attending a wedding 5 mins from the hotel, and the hosts needed space to refrigerate some of the hors d'ouvres. It wasnt planned but worked out great! Very convenient location for the venue for the wedding. Bed was comfy. The suite was clean and quiet.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Compass Rose Lodge. It’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully curated—from the mint truffles on the bed to the excellent coffee and sandwiches available on-site. One of the highlights was the observatory tour. It wasn’t just a peek at the stars; it included a brief tour of the property and its rich history, including a scale model of the solar system with the sun right there on the grounds! This scale is about 13 miles long but starts with the sun. We also……

“Very basic facility. No tv even though instructions on how to get tv and satellite to work. No air conditioning. Carpets were completely worn out with burns and stains. The rug on top of the carpet was twisted and deformed. I don’t recommend this facility.”
