「They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay.」

「Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment from start to finish. The property is clearly old and neglected—the hallway had a persistent, unpleasant smell, the carpet in the room looked decades old, and the towels and bed cover carried a musty odor. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t work, the TV had only a handful of channels, and the online photos bore little resemblance to the tired, worn-down reality we walked into. We would not stay here again unless absolutely forced to, and...

「You can't beat this day for the price and the location on that Highway if you're going to travel up north it's a convenience for one night's day maybe two the gentleman at the front desk located my truck and my vehicle on the safe place I'm very grateful for that well check out some photos」

「When checking in the staff was great. Stay was relaxing. Only downside was the carpeted floors in the bunk bed room. Appears the carpet under the beds has not been vacuumed in a bit with the dust, dead bugs and cobwebs. Had my wife not dropped an ear ring, would never have noticed so not a big thing. 」

「Upon arriving I was informed by reservation was changed. I was then told I had to pay an additional $40 for changes. The $100 hold has still not been refunded and I left the room cleaner than when I arrived. There was an inch of dust in the drawers, bed sheets stained with yellow substance. Splatter on the walls next to a bed, not sure I want to know what it was, AC not working properly. NO ELEVATOR!!!! Pool gave me and two of my kids staff infections…. And their “breakfast” is a waffle or stale...
