「We paid for late checkout and staff knocked two times well before our late checkout time, 1:00, to see if we were ready to check out.」

「When checking in the staff was great. Stay was relaxing. Only downside was the carpeted floors in the bunk bed room. Appears the carpet under the beds has not been vacuumed in a bit with the dust, dead bugs and cobwebs. Had my wife not dropped an ear ring, would never have noticed so not a big thing. 」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Cigarette butts littered the grounds. The biggest issue was our non-smoking room, which reeked of smoke. It permeated the walls, furniture, and bed, making it difficult to breathe. When we asked the front desk, they said the room used to be a smoking room, and although they tried to remove the smell, it was impossible. There was furniture stacked in the hallways, and our...

「Room I was checked into had candy wrappers on the floor from the last guest. Got the deluxe sweet with whirpool tub, the tub had no plug and the whirlpool jets didn't work. For the price I paid I was rather disappointed.」

「The only thing I noticed was that the bathroom light/fan vent cover was very dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Everything else with the facility/ staff was fine.」
