WIth a privileged location, being in the heart of the Barrio de Santa María, one of the oldest in the city and next to the Town Hall, the Cathedral and the monumental area of ​​Cádiz. It is also next to the city walls, the sea and about 10 minutes walking from the beach of Santa María del Mar
