Exceptional stay

We were there for a long stay. The apartment is in a great location as a tourist and living like a local. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. As an extra bonus, our host Adela was exceptional with checking in and making sure we had whatever was needed.

The central location and walking distance from train station was ideal. While the room was comfortable and met our needs it was on the small side. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a superb hotel, ideally situated in the old part of Cadiz and extremely close to the Cathedral. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful. The rooms and en suite bathrooms were well equipped and sparklingly clean. Breakfast was very simple but also inexpensive. We could not recommend this hotel more highly.

Cause, Steps Away from the Cathedral

The room actually has an enclosed shower, rare for Spain, which scores comfort points. However, the streets are noisy with people and trucks throughout the night.

Lovely hotel just a short walk from the train station. Perfectly situated so you can walk around Cadiz. Stayed in the penthouse which included a roof terrace with views of the cathedral. Comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Good Continental breakfast in the morning.

Bad sleeping conditions

The bed was pretty old and not too firm. However, the real problem was the odor of the bedding. It was a horrible, overwhelming Industrial chemical smell that made it nearly impossible to sleep.

En la página web incluyen en el apartado Servicio de la Habitación y dentro de Servicios para los Huéspedes el servicio de limpieza diario. Tal cuestión no es cierta, al parecer, según nos comunicación en Recepción, la previsión de limpieza del estudio es cada 3 días. Hay que reconocer que fueron muy amables y al segundo día, limpiaron la habitación. Deberían indicar claramente los servicios a ofrecer a los clientes y no indicar servicios que no se prestan.

No me ha gustado la habitación minúscula y al lado del ascensor y al lado de las escaleras con puerta de emergencia de las que dan portazo para cerrar. Y el precio exagerado. He dormido en paradores por 29€ menos. Y no tiene nada que ver un Oarador de 4 estrellas con este establecimiento.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt in der Altstadt und nur 100 Meter von der Catedral entfernt Die Zimmer sind ziemlich einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber Frühstück ist ok, aber kein guter Standard für diesen Preis in Cadiz Wer nicht zum Frühstück kommt und einen zentralen Platz für das schöne Cadiz kommt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben
