「Staff was brilliant and helpful - from room tidiness to travel arrangements. I had to catch a very early flight before breakfast time and they kindly provided some takeaway bentos and arranged taxi service. The breakfast and bar service was excellent as well. Would be staying with them again when I return to Jerez.」

「Huge disappointment with this "Spa" Hotel. Booked this hotel with great expectations of using pools, saunas, etc but we discovered during our check in that is needed to pay to use it and with for limited time. Nothing is mentioned when you book and it is misleading since they promoted with nice pictures of the spa. Rooms are good but a bit noisy. Windows are directly above an atrium with chairs for guests and you can hear eco from people speaking. Breakfast is good with a nice mix of fruits,...
