「A beautiful modern space in old Cadiz」

「Only picky things to mention. The windows looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The were a few marks in the cutlery draw. This is all very much outweighed by tge staff, cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend. 」

「I stayed at Eszencia Hotel and, unfortunately, it was not a great fit for me. The room's main positives were its central location, effective air conditioning, and cleanliness. Beyond that, the experience felt disappointing. The room itself was very sterile and lacked any warmth or character. Nearly every surface seemed to be made of plastic, creating an inexpensive, somewhat uncomfortable feeling. There was virtually no ambiance, and the space felt more functional than welcoming. 「There was mold on the walls that made us all sick, there was stains on the bedding for the pull out bed (slept on floor wrapped in a towel). I enjoyed how many things were usable (hair curler, wine opener, glasses) and the rest of the place wasn’t bad. But very disappointing and not fun to get sick on the trip. Still waiting on compensation response from the owner. 」
