La única oportunidad de mejora es el proceso de ingreso en recepción ya que hicimos mas de 1 hora de fila, ojala puedan optimizar estos tiempos. De cualquier forma el personal nos dio una hora mas a la salida por esta situación compensando esa perdida de tiempo así que nosotros felices, muchas gracias!”

“We had an amazing time at Hotel Best Costa Ballena! The food was excellent – varied, fresh, and always delicious. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained; you can tell that cleanliness and comfort are top priorities here. “The first impression of the hotel is the friendly and welcoming staff - they really set the tone for the hotel. The building itself is done in a Moorish style that creates an interesting and inviting space. The rooms are spacious and airy and the beds comfortable. “Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend.”
