「The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. A short time later they called back and said everything looks good on our side but refused to send out maintenance to verify even when I told them it was not working properly and the temp was at 25.5C.
