「What great appartments which really undersell themselves. They have far more internal equipment than listed and key for us was the washing machine which meant we could clean all our holiday clothing up to that stay and during our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious and you really get a home from home feel therein, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. They are located in amongst the maze of pretty side streets which make up Cadiz and are close to many bars and restaurants. It is a short walk...

「Very clean and convenient, had all we needed with a nice decor and convenient indoors parking. I would have liked newer fuller pillows, we had only two fairly flat ones. One thing I pointed out to the management company was the dangers of the faucet in the bathroom. If you don't pay attention you could hurt your eye with it. She was very pleased I brought that up and said she would address the issue. Lovely place and people. 」

「25 years ago this place might have been a great place. It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated. Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters. If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken...

「Desde el principio Alejandro ha sido super atento en cualquier duda que hemos tenido. Tanto antes de llegar, como durante nuestra estancia. Con respecto a las instalaciones están muy bien, mejor que en las fotografias. Si que es cierto que esta todo muy neutro con respecto a la decoración, es un edificio fantastico, así como los apartamentos y no se le esta sacando todo el potencial que tiene. Dar algun toque de color en los apartamentos y en la recepción incrementaría aún más el valor y tambien...

It was also located within walking distance of most "center" Jerez. We rented a car because we are driving other places, apartment had an underground parking garage (for fee) that was quite convenient...don't bring a large car! Car elevator was a first for us lol. 「Ha sido una buena experiencia lo del apartamento, porque yo siempre que he ido por esta zona he ido a Hoteles. Es un sitio tranquilo una zona muy bonita,la gastronomia de la parte de Cádiz, Rota,Sanlucar de Barrameda es escelente. Sobre la comida voy añadir que las personas que sean CELIACAS hay muchos restaurantes en los que pueden comer,lo digo porque mi hija es celiaca,en Sanlucar de Barrameda aconsejo este Restaurante El Bodegon de Lola todo SIN GLUTEN el pescadito buenísimo,la atencion...

「La estancia estuvo bien, aunque nos habría gustado saber de antemano que el mini apartamento separado de la vivienda original no sería accesible ya que fue la principal razón por la que se eligió el lugar. Cuatro adultos y un niño tuvieron que compartir habitación que también fue un inconveniente. Los dueños muy atentos y accesibles. La cocina muy bien equipada y los espacios exteriores de 10.」
