"6 of us stayed at Silvia's renovated 4 Bedroom home on the edge of Tremezzina at the end of April ahead of a tour of Emilia-Romagna. Silvia was absolutely great to work with and helped us secure dinner reservations at several nearby (walkable) restaurants as well as set up a lake tour by boat. She made our check-in seamless with the help of her assistant, Signora Caterina, who also came to help with our departure check-out. It is also located right next to the bus stop if wanting to go to Como or Bellagio by bus instead of driving. "The grounds are beautiful, pool is very nice. The place needed maintenance and cleaning. There was so many “things” (knick-knacks, old furniture,useless kitchen items)making it look quite messy. The driveway was very steep and extremely bumpy."

"Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus.
