“Everything was great”

“I decided to take my wife to the Belmont Stakes horse race for her birthday and for our anniversary. We could only get one night, as Saratoga was very busy that weekend. The BMI was stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer to relax on property. Martha (our host) was exactly what you would expect from this type of accommodation. Pleasant, Professional, Friendly & welcoming. Location is perfect. Walk downtown or to the race course in 10-15 min. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. We plan on……

“The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. ”

“Unable to check in at 5:30pm made reservations days ahead. Door locked. You could see through the window. It was some rundown Tampa office/bar dirty nobody there. They have a self check and sign up which I assume would normally be used for late night. There was no one on the property when you called. Get someone at a call center in another country that cannot understand what you’re saying and there’s a translator in the background so it’s like talking to two people at the same time. They have……

“Convenient, good parking good breakfast”

“The property was beautiful and quaint. The room was clean and beautiful, however, it had a musty smell. If you’re going to a concert, the walk is quick and easy, however, don’t plan on anything for food or drink open at the hotel when you return”

“We checked in a bit late and the over the phone assistance was excellent and the room was very clean. The only thing I will say is that it took a very long time for it to cool down in the room due to the air conditioner not working the best and the temp kept rising but it was very hot outside so it could have just been over worked. Other than that a very convenient spot in town for the price.”

“Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one……

“Run as fast as you can! The motel is disgusting and mold infested. The furniture was in poor repair, the sink had old dried toothpaste stuck to the sides, and the walls are paper thin. We ended up not staying and left. Truly disturbing that this is even available.”
