「The Quest Apartment is located on the main street of the cafes and restaurants in Caroline Springs. It is on the main road, with easy access to the car park. There is free parking at the front, but it is limited and can be busy. I paid $9 to park underground for convenience. The staff is friendly and communicates with you before and during your stay. What I love about it is that their communication is via apps and SMS. It’s great they check in and see how your stay is going and if you need...

「Stayed here for 1 night as we landed very late into Melbourne. We got to the motel at around 11:40pm. We took the shuttle directly from the airport, which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for 4, bathroom was clean and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/ shower cap were provided. Towels were soft. I especially loved the heater light bulbs in the bathroom! It kept us warm during the winter. I would definitely come back if I had to stay near the airport. 」
