A meticulously styled space utilising a mixture of new and repurposed and upcycled pieces leaves this seaside condo simply brimming with character. Located just footsteps from the coral shores of Trinity Beach, you will find this the perfect base for your tropical getaway!

This is a large breezy apartment unit with high ceilings and a spacious living area and balcony. The two bedrooms and bathrooms being separated at either end of the unit offer privacy for two couples travelling together, as well as peace and quiet for a small family.

This is your own private accommodation with access to the shared pool and garden. There is an allocated parking garage and Free Wifi throughout for your convenience, ideal for working or relaxing, the property is located just a moment’s walk from the waterfront and restaurants.

The Hidden Gem of Cairns northern beaches, Trinity Beach undeniably depicts the definition of a ‘Tropical Paradise’. We also have an in-house travel agency, Cozie Travel, with local travel experts that have a wealth of experience booking a wide range of tours, both within Cairns and all over Australia.

We are more than happy to help with booking your trips and assisting with car rentals. We can probably answer any queries you might have in relation to tours and excursions, so do reach out to us - even if it’s just for honest advice!

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
