The Sub Penthouse at Santai in Palm Cove is truly one of a kind. As the largest and most exclusive apartment in the area, it provides a peaceful sanctuary nestled into the hillside. From the moment you enter through the secure gatehouse and magnificent Balinese solid timber doors, you’ll feel the exclusivity of this stunning retreat.
The spacious master suite opens directly onto lush gardens and features a wall of robes and an oversized bathroom with double vanity, a wet-room shower, and luxurious marble and stone finishes. The modern galley kitchen is a chef’s dream, with high-end stainless-steel appliances, a 900mm freestanding gas cooktop and oven, solid granite benchtops, a plumbed double fridge, and a stylish breakfast and cocktail bar. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined.
