Great location

Very comfortable unit for 3 adults and walking distance to everything. Lots of great restaurants at your door and all homely conveniences make this a great property for a stay in Cairns.

Fabulous location, walk to shops, restaurants, lagoon, marina, bars. Pool fantastic. Apartment clean, modern, gorgeous balcony views, great security. Amazing stay, very good communication with host, definitely recommend staying here, will be back soon. Thankyou 😁

Wonderful place and location

We loved our stay at this place in Cairns. I took my two kids and they each had their own beds and we were able to use the living room and dining table to relax and eat. This was much better than staying at a hotel. Location is a 6 star! Everything is within walking distance. If we return we would definitely stay here again!

Property was in a fantastic location to activities and attraction. Only downside was no extraction fans in bathrooms, lounge room had musty smell when first walk in, aircon struggled to cool separate room.

Could not fault property location, presentation cleanliness ect and the communication from Cosie home’s representatives was excellent. In our view the only improvement needed was the lounge suite while visually fine was practically not. It reduced the capacity for us to relax in the lounge area for longer periods of time as it was simply not comfortable. This meant we spent more time on the balcony. Also the issue with the wall damage was disconcerting and I hope the further investigation Cosie home advised was to be done got to the bottom of what happened. Would definitely stay again, despite that issue as it was handled professionally and fairly. Regards John Gstrein.

Check in was not at reception and had to be organised between 3 and 6 to meet someone. The address for the check in wasn't very good as it was via a side door so was confusing. When I booked I thought I was booking with the hotel but it was a booking agency. Had I known this I wouldn't have booked The air-conditioning was basically non existent and at times it was cooler outside than inside. Pool was pretty cold to swim in even for our children who are from Tas The location was great, walking distance to everything. Would I stay here again, probably not.

Good location

Good location. Lots of eateries in walking distance. 2 walk in showers (a must for us). Worked perfectly for us. Great communication from owner.
