不要跟飯店買tour超貴還會被騙，單獨飯店是很好的體驗

很差的幾個原因： 1.到的當下說原本的房間會漏水（原本可以直接看到外面的金字塔）結果換到沒有的，但後來有送晚餐服務，漏水原因其實是因為浴室設計不良，乾濕分離沒做好，浴室漏水很慢會淹到房間裡 2.飯店提供的金字塔tour非常貴，他保證品質會很好，還保證會有中文導遊，當天才說沒有中文導遊，故意隱瞞，還騙說中文導遊是中文出車禍（最後不小心說溜嘴說根本沒有中文導遊），如果價格不合理就不要跟他買，因為外面賣類似的tour的很多 好的點： 1.飯店的東西很好吃 2.從飯店看出去金字塔的風景是很好的

This was my second time in Egypt and I traveled Solo! It was PHENOMENAL , What made my trip 10X better was the service and genuine hospitality I received as soon as I left the Cairo Airport Doors ! Mohamad ! Greeted me with my name and drove me safely to the airport while telling about great interesting facts I haven’t learned , As Soon I arrived at the Door i received Great Service!!! The lobby smelled so good ! It was clean and welcoming! Ali greeted me with a Great Welcome , and my check in Fast and easy ! He also provided Great tour suggestions ! My room was clean !!! And it smelled so good as soon as i opened the door ! The Rooftop 700 /Akeim Restaurant took great Great Service to the next level everyone was welcoming and what I loved the most is how they all worked as a Real team to help all Guest ! Lisan always made my dinner experience great ! The food was so delicious and hot and fresh and the Fruit juices were always amazing with the added fresh fruit! During breakfast Ismael and Kamal helped me with great service ! Always brought me fresh juice and water and made sure to always check on me they would even speak even if I want eating ! I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property—everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of the absolute highlights was the incredible view of the pyramids—truly breathtaking and something I’ll never forget. The rooftop area was perfect for relaxing, with delicious food, attentive service, and a panoramic view that made every meal feel special. Breakfast was also exceptional, with a generous and flavorful spread that kept me going for the day. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had—they were always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. Considering all these perks, I found the price to be more than fair for such a memorable and comfortable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo who wants a clean, safe, and welcoming place with unbeatable views of the pyramids!

I stayed at this hotel when I was in Giza. Upon checking in this place took care of me. They organized a driver , guide for my excursions , ran my luggage up to my room with a breeze. The view from the lever 700 restaurant was a direct view of the pyramids which was amazing. The hotel was doing some renovating while I was there but very understandable. Overall great place and I would recommend staying there. I didn’t wonder around the areas outside at night as it was too busy with street vendors and I didn’t want the hassle. I enjoyed just having a drink and enjoying the view which is exceptional. Finally the hotel organized airport transportation for me and the driver was early. Great Hotel

The hotel has a great view of the pyramids; however, there is construction near by and also repairs inside. We tried to take nap to recover from a long flight but is was impossible. We are a couple, so we requested a double bed with a pyramid view and we got twin beds instead. They moved us to a room with a full bed with zero view ( like a prison) and got a $25 credit. We spent $600 in activities and still got terrible rooms. The buffet had flies on some of the food, so we had no desire to eat. Thankfully our guide and driver were very good and also the staff. But the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, one bathroom did not a a shower curtain and the other two bathrooms were badly designed so all the water was around the toilet. There must be better options in the area.

All in all I loved being there. The property, two buildings put together, is a bit problematic. At one point both elevators were down, one of them for the duration of the stay. A couple of other building issues arose but were quickly resolved by the staff. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Deena at the front desk was terrific. The Inn’s proximity to the necropolis is far and away the best part. The view was the terrace could not be beat. You might treat yourself to a Junior Suite where you wake up with the pyramids literally at your feet. The view made everything all right again.
