RESERVA NO RESPETADA POR LEO´S TINAL

el hotel me cancelo la reserva, fui notificada cuando llegue a Cajamarca el momento que me comunico con ellos via telefonica, causando malestar a mi familia en la busqueda de nuevo hotel y a precios elevados al 300% del precio reservado (US$105 por US$ 300), los hoteles asociados a esta web deben respetar las reservas establecidas con anticipacion, esta irresponsabilidad en las reservas deja mucho que desear de esta web de hoteles, deben sancionar a los malos asociados, y ahora quien asume la diferencia pagada por el alojamiento???
