“Preciosa villa en el centro de Artà. Todo está limpio y la comunicación es excelente y rápida. Estacionamiento gratuito frente la puerta. El único consejo: dado el tipo de alojamiento, recomiendo que el anfitrión proporcione kits de cortesía en el baño y condimentos mínimos en la cocina (por ejemplo, sal y aceite).”

“Der Aussenbereich ist schön, mit Grill. Im Garten stehen überall Orangen- und Zitronenbäume, die Petro (Besitzer) pflegt und hegt. Wir durften seine feinen Orangen, Zitronen pflücken und geniessen. Nur würden wir ein nächstes Mal in der wärmeren Zeit das Haus mieten, wo man draussen sein kann, da Eingang/Esstisch/Wohnraum nur 1 kleiner Raum ist und eng war um abends sich dort aufzuhalten (zum Essen, Wohnen..). Petro war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn was war. ”

“Pros: Lovely host, very easy and friendly to communicate with. The cats and dogs present at the location. The location itself is fantastic. Close to Artá (which had everything you could need), fresh fruits and eggs, ... Cons: We had bad luck with the weather, which meant the pool wasn't an option. But that's not anything the owners can decide.”

“Pros: The house is equipped with everything you need for a good vacation. The kitchen is a little bit outdated but has all you need. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with bathtubs. The pool is clean, unfortunately, we did not use it because we were in February. But we was able to collect fresh oranges and mandarins right from the trees. The house has a central heating so it was always comfortable inside. I would definitely recommend this house. Cons: One thing we did not……

“Pros: Wir waren rundum zufrieden & es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Finca hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage war super, man ist schnell an versch. Stränden & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Cati, ihr Mann & die Töchter waren sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen.”

“Una casa fantástica!!! Muy cómoda, realmente maravillosa. Típica villa Mallorquina con piscina, galería con barbacoa, habitaciones bien distribuídas, cocina grande, todo espectacular!! Pasamos unos días maravillosos. La casa está cerca de la playa, una de las mejores que puedes encontrar en la isla. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.”
