The perfect holidays Villa - great views - Beach near by.

"Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist neu und wirklich schön. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist einfach atemberaubend! Wir hatten zwei technische Probleme (Tor und Spülmaschine) und bei beiden Problemen hat der Vermieter umgehend geholfen. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war sauber und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Jedes Zimmer (außer die Badezimmer) hat eine Klimaanlage - Gold wert, bei der Hitzewelle die wir hier hatten. Das Internet: für uns Erwachsene um mails zu bearbeiten, telefonieren und mal eine Serie zu streamen ausreichend, für die Kinder zuuu langsam! ;-)Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer super nett. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel, sehr ruhig am Rand von Altea. Wir sind oft zu Fuß dorthin gelaufen. Es fährt aber auch eine Tram direkt unterhalb des Berges, sodass man sehr einfach und sehr schnell nach Altea reinfahren kann. Die Tram fährt auch nach Benidorm in nur 20 Minuten. Manchmal hupt die Tram, wenn sie von links nach rechts fährt, auf der Höhe des Hauses. Aber von 23 Uhr bis 5 oder 6 Uhr fährt sie nicht. Somit war das für uns nie ein Problem.Zum Strand kann man zu Fuß gehen: circa 10 Minuten runter, circa 15 Minuten rauf. Wir haben das täglich gemacht. Der Strand ist schön.Der Parkplatz am Haus war sehr abenteuerlich für unsere lange V-Klasse. Aber es passte tatsächlich! Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen!"

"Easy check in upon arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was a solo traveller and booked bed and breakfast. Room was clean and tidy, I like a cold room and was pleased I could make it very cool. Used the sheet on the first night and the duvet after that which was in the wardrobe with spare pillows but I had plenty on my huge bed. Breakfast very good and varied, even for myself as a vegetarian. Loads of fresh fruit, cooked items, cold meats and cheese, juices and coffees. I spent a couple of days by the pool which was quiet and welcoming. The hotel is a stones throw from the harbour and easy walk to the town. I really enjoyed my solo stay here and would highly recommend. The views of the Ifach are amazing, that’s why I picked this hotel."

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Only issues were the pool areas are way over crowded so unless you are there at opening time you won’t get a space and if you do your packed in like sardines. The check in and check out process took way too long and felt complicated. The gym was great but had no AC which made it uncomfortable to train."
