Tout était parfait : l’appartement en lui-même, très propre et bien équipé, la piscine toujours agréable et bien entretenue, le petit bar vraiment pratique et convivial, et surtout, un personnel adorable, toujours souriant et disponible. 「The apartment was clean, modern, a good size and well equipped for the two of us. It was particularly nice to have a decent sized balcony area with a small table and chairs isolated from adjacent balconies for privacy. Staff were all very friendly and attentive and the whole site very well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh produce. 」

「We have traveled all over Europe and stayed at some of the nicest hotels. This was by far the best. From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary...

「Très bonne adresse sue Ciutadella, tout proche de l’ultra centre de cette très jolie ville. La chambre que j’ai eue était très bon marché, un peu atypique, très confortable et calme avec un accès direct à une terrasse tout aussi agréable. Possibilité d’utiliser une cuisine très bien équipée et un salon TV tout aussi cosy. Accueil simplifié au maximum pour nous rendre la vie facile. Vraiment une bonne surprise ! Merci 」
