卡拉恩波特度假短租

“住宿环境还不错，但是工作人员非常不礼貌，没有任何帮助。”

“We had a fantastic stay at ARTIEM Apartments in Mahón. The apartments were clean, well equipped, and in a great location, but the real highlight was the staff, particularly Andrea and Paula. They genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference. If there is any opportunity to recognise outstanding service, I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea and Paula. They are a real……

“It was a pretty good place to stay. Not that nicest accommodation, and some parts could do with updating (eg we were excited to see a hammock outside our room - but it was covered in mildew). It was quite quiet which was nice. The staff were helpful at check in and helping to book us an early morning taxi to the airport, and the breakfast was good. It's not very central but still walkable to everything we wanted to do. They were able to provide a rollaway bed for my son so we can two separate……

“Tres joli cadre !!! Beaux paysages belle vue sur la mer !! Déception sur la kitchenette. Pas d' accessoire pour cuisiner ou manger. Nous avions pris que le petit déjeuner. Chambre pas propre à notre arrivée mais le lendemain après le passage de la femme de ménage c etait nettement mieux.”

“Two bed apartment with private balcony well worth the upgrade. These apartments are away from main hotel so nice and quiet. There are three apartments together; the kitchen area in our apartment only had 2 electric sockets whch were in an inconvenient place. The nearest gate out of the grounds to the beach has been blocked by a large recycling compound which may not belong to the hotel but a new gate is needed to avoid hopping over the wall!”

“Accommodation was a perfect base to go back to after a days exploring. The hosts had thought of everything so it's well equipped for any eventuality.”

“Juste petit souci au niveau du réglage de l eau dans les douches et pour trouver les serviettes de piscine mais le reste parfait”

“Todo perfecto!! Super super recomendable!!!”

“I wish someone had given an honest review of this house. I would not have booked. The outside are is great but inside was poor. The most important rooms were awful. The en suite to main bedroom has not been updated since the house was built -60 years? It was very tatty & smelt. The kitchen was the same, not replaced since the house was built. It had rotten windows sills inside, chipped paint, cracked electrical sockets and switches. In these two rooms the electrics also looked like they hadn’t……

“Pros: Die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit.”
