「As a first timer to Mallorca, I did quite a bit of research before settling on a place to stay. Wow! This place was so special and so perfect. The hotel was gorgeous and 100% spotless. It sits right on a gorgeous cove with a small sandy beach . So beautiful - stunning. We had a deluxe Ocean View with a big patio that looked right out to the cove. 「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. The experience contrasts with other 5 star hotels where the service is...

「Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hell und groß, allerdings war die Dusche direkt im Zimmer (also kein separates Bad). In Spanien gibt es strenge Raucherregelungen, auf dem Balkon oder direkt neben den Liegen am Pool darf man nicht rauchen. Das Hotel lag direkt am Strand und fußläufig vom Bierkönig/Megapark entfernt. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Rundum sehr zufrieden gewesen, würde ich auf jeden Fall...

「Lovely hotel, just up the hill from the port / marina. It’s small, cost and boutique and the staff are great. Rooms are clean, modern and today. Lovely breakfast and great choice. I d have marked it as 5 stars apart from three things: internet was patchy, I wasn’t offered a room upgrade for being Expedia platinum and the ‘free’ excursion we were meant to get had to be collected from a different hotel, 45 mins away. Apart from that, lovely stay.」
