“Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Begrenzte Speiseauswahl, Kantinencharakter. Zimmer mit Mehrblick leider mit Sichteinschränkung. Zimmer dreckig. Morgendliche Regensprenkler wecken einen frühmorgens gegen 5 Uhr auf, da sehr laut. ”

“En general tuvimos una buena estancia, pero sí sentimos que faltó un poco más de atención en varios detalles. Cuando llegamos, no tenían registrada nuestra reserva en el sistema y perdimos bastante tiempo en recepción mientras trataban de resolverlo. Al final sí lo solucionaron. La habitación no tenía cobijas y el internet era bastante inestable; en algunas áreas comunes funcionaba, pero en otras no, y en la habitación definitivamente no llegaba señal. Además, hubo una boda la noche anterior y……

Highlight of our stay was everyone on the hotel staff who greeted us warmly upon arrival and were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout. They also generously gave us a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. The pool, fitness center, and breakfast area were amenities we enjoyed. Our room was spacious and clean and comfortable. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for the memorable stay. ”

“Breakfast was fresh but very limited options. It was end of the season so that was probably a big factor. There is only a pool bar and no where to relax in the hotel if it is a rainy day. Again, I am sure this is only because of the time of year we went. We would love to return to the hotel when we are guaranteed the weather. ”
