Hotel is in a beautiful area, great view from the restaurant and our balcony. The breakfast was also very good. Food and service at the restaurant could definitely be better. Hotel needs a little love but overall very clean and upcoming.

We left our towels on the floor before leaving the room in the morning, expecting them to be changed. However, when we returned in the evening, all the dirty towels had been hung back up on the racks as if they were clean. Unfortunately, we only realized they were still dirty after we had already used them to shower. When we went to the lobby to address this with the tall woman at the reception, she responded aggressively, stating, "It's not like you wash your towels every day at home." When we asked if this was how they treat their guests, she replied, "I don't care what you do, it’s none of my business." Aside from the terrible service, the rooms were extremely small—there was not even enough space to open a second suitcase—and there was no view. The breakfast was mediocre and nothing special. Overall, the hotel offers very poor value for money, but the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist was particularly upsetting and unacceptable.

Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves. The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner. I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes. That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be

Super friendly personnel, we really enjoyed our stay. The view of the terrasse/ bar is amazing. The location is a bit isolated from the villages or cities, having a car or scooter would be good, otherwise the hotel does have a shuttle with a very friendly driver available. Can definitely recommend!
