Hotel is in a beautiful area, great view from the restaurant and our balcony. The breakfast was also very good. Food and service at the restaurant could definitely be better. Hotel needs a little love but overall very clean and upcoming.

My fiancé and I stayed here this past Summer and we loved it. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The views from the hotel restaurant and bar were amazing! Plenty of parking too.

Location is amazing, friendly faces and staff especially the reception Manager (MARGO) very helpful with a smiling face directed us to many nice restaurants and beaches. cleaning for rooms should be made better. friendly staff, good breakfast

Super friendly personnel, we really enjoyed our stay. The view of the terrasse/ bar is amazing. The location is a bit isolated from the villages or cities, having a car or scooter would be good, otherwise the hotel does have a shuttle with a very friendly driver available. Can definitely recommend!

It has a lot of potential, but staff has no hospitality training. The rooms are hard to find because they are situated on different levels . We were there for three nights and we still got lost going to our room. It could use a remodel snd a face lift. Great views.

disappointing

The only good thing about Hotel Pedra Santa is the location — it’s truly beautiful and convenient. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. At night, the shower had no hot water, and when we asked for help, the reception was unhelpful and dismissive. Breakfast was below average with very limited options. The rooms are old, tired, and in desperate need of renovation. Overall, the setting does not make up for the lack of comfort and service.

The property itself is located in a beautiful lush area and has a nice pool and restaurant but it’s too remote. You need a car to get to other towns and beaches. You need to arrange to take a shuttle to get to the hotel beachfront. It’s not walkable.

Sadly this property is not a 4 star. It’s a solid 3 but no more. Smallest rooms imaginable. No in room amenities ie: soap, conditioner, coffee machine etc. All basic as you would typically find in a 3 star hotel. Very basic breakfast buffet. Tables not cleaned and cleared in a timely manner. Again, 3 star quality. Front desk said they would make a dinner reservation then the girl went home and never made it, even though she continued to say consider it confirmed! Power went out for 2 full days and we had trouble finding our room. Also very dangerous as there were many steps in this corridor. No forthcoming information from hotel about this power outage. Restaurant which apparently is not owned by the hotel was outrageously priced. Charged 5 star hotel prices but again only a solid 3. It is in a remote location which we knew when booking. Views were spectacular and this was the only 4 star benefit.

First of all, if you are looking for a fun time don’t come here. it’s too quiet. We went to Phi beach and spent a lot of money on a ticket. The front desk asked us if we want a transfer going which was cool. But they said after midnight it’s not possible for a transfer so we have to call a taxi. Didn’t think anything of it’s We spent an hour calling taxis and Ubers, asking other taxis, and no one was available to drive us home. We had to walk home 2 hours in heels. No cars would stop for us to give us a ride home. The only taxi company available who kept answering the phone refused to drive us to this hotel because they have bad business with this hotel. I begged them to even drop us off at the bottom of the hill after an hour and half of walking (which would have only been an 8 min car ride) and they wouldn’t. They gave us another taxi number and no one answered. It was dark and rocky, my friend tripped and scrapped her legs and hands were bleeding. After spending time waving down every and any car like a hitch hiker, two lovely young Italians finally turned around to help us. By that time they gave us a ride, we only had the hill up to the hotel. We wanted to do an excursion or beach, but we barely slept and our feet were throbbing. My friend looked like Jesus Christ with bleeding hands, feet, and knees. When we got back to the room, there was a huge bug, about 2” long staring at us from the bed.
