“Great view from balcony”

“vue sur la plage : 1er étage chambre 106, tout près de l'ascenseur, pas de terrasse privée, et tout le monde a accès sur la terrasse qui s'ouvre automatiquement , donc bruit le soir, la nuit des personnes alcoolisées... pas moyens de dormir toute la nuit. sinon , gentillesse du personnel, chambre propre ,changement de linge aussi très bien, petit déjeuner très bien. la prochaine visite je demanderai une chambre loin de l'ascenseur, et étage plus haut avec terrasse privée. mais sinon je……

The room was clean and lovely and the bed and pillows were extremely comfy. We will definitely return next year. A wonderful time in Altea! ”

“Incantevole”

“The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!”
