「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

Da wir im beginn der Saison unterwegs waren ist es verständlich das abends nicht so viele Leute beim Essen sind. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection and exquisite preparation – clearly made with great care! 「The Tropical was a very pleasant surprise in Ibiza! By surprise I mean, for the price I paid I expected a much more basic hotel but the Tropical was lovely. The room was very modern and a good size, comfy bed, balcony overlooking the pool which was also very nice (a bit cold but that can be a good thing too). The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The AC worked well for the hot days. The location is perfect, close to the west end party area, but not too close that it’s loud. Easy to walk to...

「On arrival we received a very warm welcome, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and bright, bed was very comfortable as we're the pillows. The only downside was the smell of drains not only in our room but around the hotel I think there must have been some sort of an issue as there were a maintenance team looking at this on day 2 of our stay. But dont let this put you off. The breakfast is a must, so well presented and plenty of choice.」
