「Spotless room . Good beds and sheets. Great shower. Lovely staff. Good breakfast . Staff very helpful. Beach towels available . Good location . Supermarket below really convenient and it’s a good one . No noise . Great value for money. Great stay」

「The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited in the donning room for 20 minutes for assistance, but we had to leave because we were ignored. Our room smells bad, and they said nothing could be done—very poor customer service. 」

「Beautiful, small, and well maintained. Casa Vincke is located very close to the beach and delightful bars and restaurants. Check in was very easy (for those used to boutique hotels without a formal front desk), and check out was perfectly easy as well. Will definitely be returning.」

The room was stylish however not much space for luggage/items. Although the room came with a kettle and pod espresso machine, it was disappointing that the coffee pods were not replenished, and even the cups and sauces were not replaced after being clearly used. 「Hotel is beautiful and bartender was a nice, older gentleman. Beach view impeccable! The front desk staff however with the exception of Paula were just dry. Not friendly or inviting. At one point there were 3 of us waiting to check in and a women sitting behind the desk continued her paper work. Customer service should always come 1st.」

「Für meine Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen waren der Aufenthalt und die Unterkunft optimal. Das Hotel ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber viele Pluspunkte glichen das wieder aus. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wenn die Zimmernachbarn laut reden, versteht man jedes Wort. Also für die Nachtruhe unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.」
