“We had a really nice stay at Palazzo Fiscaiolo. The location is definitely the strong point — right in the historic center, so you can walk everywhere without needing a car, which makes everything much easier. “I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was.
