「Amazing and clean place. The host was very responsive when needed. Would recommend 10/10」

「This home and location couldn't be more beautiful and relaxing!! Communication with the host was excellent. We cooked multiple meals at the house and had a wonderful selection of seasonings, condiments, and other items available. Of course, the fresh eggs were a big bonus! The location couldn't be beat. Our entire party of six was sad to have to leave. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. HIghly recommend!!!」

「Great stay at a great location and neighborhood was amazing as well.」

「 The location of property was a perfect 10 for exploring Malibu and the surrounding area. Easy quick access to the pacific coast. The photos however of property are far from accurate. I'm guessing they are the original photos from when it was first listed on VRBO. Sadly it is quite run down on the outside. Overgrown trees and brush blocks the small veiw of ocean from back patio. The photo of ocean is out in the street away from the property. There were cobwebs all around property. The...

「lt was a fantastic stay and we will be back!」

「We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was well equipped for things that you would need when you’re traveling. It was just like being at home only better. We did use the hot tub and that was an excellent experience. The host was available to answer any questions that I had. We will definitely consider this in the future since I have family in the area.」

「This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.」

「Host was welcoming and responsive. The home looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed.」

「My girlfriend and I stayed here in March 2026 and the property is absolutely perfect. The host was super accommodating to every request we had (which was a lot!). Everything is clean and functional. Perfect little apartment to stay in while you explore Malibu. We had the best time!!」

「I was in town for a family reunion. I wanted a place to accommodate me, my sister, her son, and my daughter, both adults. The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. The house worked out great. We even had some family back to the house after the reunion. Patrick was availableand responded immediately as we communicated」

「Morley St in Simi was great! Marvin is a fantastic host….communication was outstanding. Location is super handy. Good off-street parking. The best mattresses. And a very comfortable clean sectional in spacious non cluttered living room. New appliances in a bright cheerful kitchen. Great for families, especially kids. Beautiful things growing all around. Mornings are delightful. So much to enjoy! Thanks Marvin!」
